For In-Stock Items:


Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9am to 4pm, and may take 3-5 business days to process before the items are dispatched. Please see following for estimated delivery costs and timeframe.


For Custom-made Items:

Click & Collect


You can now shop online and collect your items from our showroom at your convenience. To use this option, simply select 'Click & Collect' during check out. Once your order is ready, we will notify you with a confirmation email. Please wait for our ‘Ready for Collection’ email (not to be confused with the Order Confirmation email) before coming in, to avoid going home empty handed. You should bring along with you a copy of your invoice or email, so we can locate your items quickly.


With Click & Collect, customers are responsible for inspecting the condition of their items before leaving the showroom, and arranging appropriate delivery themselves. Glamour Living will not be responsible for any damages that result in transit, and any claims of fault or defect will not be accepted after collection from our showroom.


Customers are advised to bring along some towels or blankets to protect their items, to ensure they arrive home safely. Whilst we may have some packaging materials, they are not always available, so it's important to make sure you come prepared. If you plan to come in a van or ute, please bring with you some straps to secure your purchases.


It is also important to note that due to safety reasons, our staff at the showroom cannot assist with lifting large/oversized furniture items onto your vehicle as they are too heavy. These include large marble top items, sideboards, armoires, bookcases, beds, etc. You must arrange professional removalists to collect, or come with at least 2 people to lift these items yourselves. However, please keep in mind that Glamour Living cannot be held responsible for any personal injuries or damages to your vehicle and/or purchases, as a result of your choosing this option. Please contact us if you require delivery arrangement, so you can sit back and wait for your items to arrive!

Glamour Living offers a flat rate Australia wide shipping for orders up to 25kg or 100L (roughly a 46cm³ box).


Small and lightweight items (such as candles, flowers, cushions, home decor, etc.) will be sent via Sendle, a 100% carbon neutral courier that will fully offset all of our deliveries because at Glamour Living, we believe that delivery shouldn’t cost the Earth. Sendle has partnered with South Pole Group to offer this service, and you can read about some of the initiatives they support here.

Please note that a physical street address is required for all deliveries. If you are unable to sign for the parcel, the courier will attempt to redeliver once more, after which the parcel will be left at a local collection point (newsagencies or service stations). Some locations may not have a nearby collection points, and  as such, the parcel may be returned to the our warehouse. To avoid paying extra delivery charges, we advise customers to use a work address or to make sure someone is home to sign for the parcel.


Glamour Living can organise Australia wide furniture delivery at a very competitive rate. Our trusted couriers are friendly and professional, and they always make sure your items arrive safely to your home.

Once your online order has been placed, our team will contact you to organise delivery. Currently, delivery fee is charged separately*.

  • For Sydney metro areas, freight is paid in the form of cash directly to the driver. Please make sure you have the correct amount on the day of delivery.
  • For Interstate and Regional/Rural Areas, Glamour Living will arrange delivery via couriers on your behalf, and the cost of freight is paid to the store (you have the option to pay over the phone using VISA/Mastercard, or be issued an invoice in our online store).
  • We recommend you purchase freight insurance for your peace of mind.
  • Delivery is Monday to Friday. A 4 hour time frame will be advised the day before delivery. We cannot guarantee A.M. or P.M. delivery.
  • Item must be paid in full prior to dispatch. If you wish to pay by bank cheque or direct deposit, payment must be cleared 3 days before delivery. Please allow 1 week to ensure payment is complete.
  • All delivery is to the room of your choice on the ground floor only, and does not include unboxing, assembly and rubbish removal. If you need the item upstairs, please let us know beforehand, and we can provide a quotation for you. You must ensure that the staircase will easily accommodate the size of the item when carried by two men. No refund will be given if access is deemed inadequate on the day - you will need to pay the quoted amount for the courier’s time and effort, and the item will be left on the ground floor.
  • Please inform us if your delivery address is difficult to access, e.g. apartment block with limited street parking and access to elevator, tight doorways, new development that is not on Google Maps, etc.
  • It is also your responsibility to ensure that the goods will fit through the door or in the elevator, and inform your building strata that you are expecting delivery on the day (so that protective lift covers are installed - neither Glamour Living nor the courier will be held liable for any damages that may incur inside the elevator).
  • The courier will not lift or move any of your furniture in your home. You must clear the area before the delivery. If you are unable to move the furniture yourself, or require assistance, the courier might be able to do so for a separate surcharge. Although this would be a dealing between yourself and the courier, it is advisable to let us know beforehand, so that we can give them a heads-up (for logistical reasons, as they might have another job scheduled after yours).
  • Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at the time of order, as we cannot change the address once the item is dispatched. In the event that you decide to use a different address, a redirection charge would apply.
  • We do not delivery to a PO box. Please use a street address.
  • Please ensure that you or someone over 18 is available at the delivery address to receive the item. Extra charges will apply for additional delivery attempts.
  • You also have the option to organise your own courier. If you do so, please let our team know and we will forward the shipping measurements and weight to the transport company of your choice. However, please note that Glamour Living will not be responsible for the goods once they leave the warehouse. We recommend that you purchase freight insurance with your chosen courier. For your peace of mind, we will document and forward to you photos of the goods as they leave the warehouse.

Free Shipping


From time to time, Glamour Living may offer free shipping for online orders over a certain amount or certain item. These promotions are limited to shipping within Australia only, and are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Furnitures, marble top items and other larger sized goods are excluded. Glamour Living reserves the right to modify or discontinue such promotions at any time, without further notice. Past online orders are not eligible.


Changing Orders & Cancellation


If you require any changes to your order, including address details and colour options, please contact us immediately to ensure modification can be applied. If your order has been dispatched, or if the production of your custom made items has begun, no changes can be made.


Orders made online or instore are considered final, and cancellation will not be accepted. If, at its absolute discretion, Glamour Living decides to accept such cancellation, customer must pay a cancellation fee of 30% of the entire purchase price of the order plus any associated storage and handling fee incurred by Glamour Living. All shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.


Custom made or special orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, unless the item has a major defect. Customers are encouraged to select carefully before placing an order. If you require assistance, please contact us prior purchasing.

Also, please note that due to health reasons, items including cushions, pillow cases, throws, table runners, mattresses, etc., cannot be returned, unless it is faulty.


Our policy does not affect your legal rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
